A prominent international organisation operating in a highly regulated environment is seeking an experienced Software Test Specialist to support the delivery of high-quality digital solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring software reliability, quality assurance, and continuous improvement of testing practices across complex projects.
Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated testing activities to validate software functionality, performance, and reliability.
- Review project deliverables and testing artefacts to ensure compliance with internal quality standards and best practices.
- Analyse test results, identify defects, and provide clear reporting to project stakeholders.
- Contribute to the enhancement of testing methodologies, processes, and quality assurance practices.
- Collaborate closely with development and project teams to support defect resolution and quality improvements.
- Assist in maintaining effective test governance, documentation, and overall test management activities.
Qualifications and Skills
- Master's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in information technology, including at least 4 years in software testing.
- Strong experience with both manual and automated testing methodologies and tools.
- Good understanding of software development lifecycles, testing frameworks, and quality assurance principles.
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to produce clear, structured documentation.
- Strong communication skills and experience working within international and multicultural environments, with professional proficiency in English.
