Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain the long-term architecture vision and target state of the digital asset platform, ensuring alignment with business and innovation objectives.
- Drive the evolution of the platform capabilities, including distributed systems, APIs, data, security, and integration layers.
- Enforce architectural governance by ensuring teams adhere to defined standards, patterns, and best practices across all initiatives.
- Act as a technical authority by reviewing solution designs, validating implementations, and ensuring consistency across multiple teams.
- Support and guide engineering and architecture teams by promoting reusable components, reference architectures, and efficient delivery practices.
- Ensure platform resilience by embedding security, compliance, and reliability principles into all architectural decisions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong experience in platform architecture within cloud-native and distributed systems environments.
- Solid understanding of digital asset ecosystems, distributed technologies, and modern data platforms.
- Proven track record in defining and governing architecture standards, roadmaps, and best practices.
- Expertise in API-driven architectures, event-driven systems, and integration patterns.
- Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and secure development practices (DevSecOps).
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to guide multiple stakeholders and teams without direct authority.
