We are looking for a Product Owner to work at our client, a big EU Institution in Luxembourg. You will be responsible to lead the development and evolution of network and infrastructure services, with a strong focus on VPN, SD-WAN, and cloud network solutions, and a secondary focus on security aspects. Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, you will define the product vision, prioritize the roadmap, and ensure delivery of high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions. 

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine the product vision and translate business needs into technical requirements. 

• Define and prioritize the product roadmap aligned with strategic objectives. 

• Manage and maintain the product backlog, including epics and user stories. 

• Work closely with architects and engineering teams to design and implement network and infrastructure solutions. 

• Ensure integration of security features (e.g., firewalls, DNS, reverse proxies) into network designs. 

• Oversee development progress, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement. 

• Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, Daily Scrums). 

• Validate deliverables through testing and stakeholder feedback. 

• Stay updated on emerging technologies in networking, cloud, and security. 

Required Profile 

• Proven experience in product management within network and infrastructure domains. 

• Strong knowledge of VPN, SD-WAN, and cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP). 

• Familiarity with security principles and edge security components (firewalls, DNS, load balancers). 

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments. 

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. 

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 

• Preferred: Certifications such as Scrum Product Owner (CSPO, SAFe PO/PM) and cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP). 

Nice to Have 

• Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines. 

• Knowledge of parameter storage systems (e.g., NetBox). 
• Understanding of cloud landing zones and network architecture best practices.
