Main Mission

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and selecting top talent for our European clients. You will work closely with sales teams and clients to understand their needs and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

· Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviews, candidate follow-up, and offer negotiation
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent in IT, digital, and consulting sectors
• Collaborate with Account Managers to understand client needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly
• Use digital tools and professional networks to identify the best profiles
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience
• Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment events

Profile

· 1 to 3 years of recruitment experience, ideally within a consulting firm or IT services company
Native or fluent in French, with a good command of English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication skills, client-oriented mindset, and team spirit
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and multicultural environment
• Knowledge of sourcing tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
