We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled AI Expert with expertise in Computational Biology to join our R&D organization.  
You will play a key role in defining and implementing AI Agents to support research projects, combining strong computational biology knowledge with Python programming and advanced AI model development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define R&D AI Agent specifications in close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including bioinformaticians, data scientists, and biologists.
- Develop and implement R&D AI Agents, leveraging agentic frameworks, public and proprietary databases, and computational biology tools.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Python programming and relevant libraries (NumPy, Pandas, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with  AI and machine learning techniques, especially applied to biological datasets.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
- Strong background in computational biology and bioinformatics.
- Familiarity with genomic data analysis, gene prediction, and annotation tools.
- Research experience in developing AI models for biological applications.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Experience with cloud computing technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and version control systems (Git) is a plus.
- Highly autonomous, detail-oriented, and scientifically rigorous.
- Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Motivated by cutting-edge research and the application of AI technologies in the life sciences sector.
