Role Overview:
The DevOps Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure, and ensuring the reliability and scalability of cloud-native and hybrid systems. This role bridges development and operations, enabling faster and more secure software delivery.

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
The DevOps Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure, and ensuring the reliability and scalability of cloud-native and hybrid systems. This role bridges development and operations, enabling faster and more secure software delivery.
CI/CD & Automation
- Design and maintain YAML-based multi-stage pipelines in Azure DevOps
- Automate build, test, and deployment processes using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or IBM UrbanCode
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD workflows.
- Develop and deploy infrastructure using Ansible
- Manage Azure services including Active Directory, Application Gateway, Azure Monitor
- Support hybrid environments across Azure
Monitoring & Reliability
- Implement observability using tools like ELK and Prometheus
- Ensure high availability and performance of applications through proactive monitoring and incident response.
- Work closely with development teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions
- Maintain technical documentation for pipelines, scripts, and infrastructure
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in DevOps or software engineering roles
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Bash) and configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef)
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Good knowledge and at least 7 years of hands-on experience in Azure Cloud
- Good knowledge and at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Linux administration
- Excellent knowledge with minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in Kubernetes and Gitlab CI/CD pipeline
- Good knowledge and hands on experience docker
- Good understanding on DevSecOps process and tools
- Certifications such as Microsoft AZ-400 or AWS DevOps Engineer.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with security and compliance in DevOps workflows.
- Knowledge of below technologies/ tools will be an added advantage
