PPC & SEO Specialist - B2B SaaS (m/f/d)

Our client:

We are seeking an experienced and data-driven SEO & PPC Specialist with a proven track record in the HR, SaaS, and tech industries. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in both technical and content SEO strategies, and will play a key role in driving organic growth, improving SERP rankings, and optimizing digital performance for a fast-growing B2B SaaS company operating in the HR technology space.


Your Responsibilities:

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
  • Optimize website content, metadata, and internal linking for improved rankings.
  • Perform technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers to implement fixes.
  • Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
  • Stay updated with algorithm changes and SEO trends.

Pay-Per-Click (PPC):

  • Plan, launch, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, Meta, and other platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and bid strategy optimization.
  • Write compelling ad copy and coordinate with design teams for creatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve ROI.
  • Track KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Generate regular performance reports for both SEO and PPC efforts.
  • Use data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to align strategies.

Your Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in both SEO and PPC roles.
  • Experience working with B2B, SaaS or tech clients.industry.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Strong understanding of keyword research, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
  • Analytical mindset with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of how SEO integrates with content marketing, social media, PR, and lead generation funnels.
  • Familiarity with tag management (e.g., Google Tag Manager).
  • Experience in e-commerce or lead generation campaigns.
  • Experience optimizing websites and content in highly regulated or compliance-sensitive industries (e.g., HR software, payroll platforms)
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, HubSpot, or Webflow.
  • Prior work experience in cross-functional marketing teams, including paid search, content, and web development
