DIGITAL AND E-COMMERCE STRATEGY IMPLEMENTATION (Updated)
  • Lead the development and optimization of digital platforms, including OTA capabilities, to expand reach and distribution globally.
  • Collaborate with commercial and guest experience teams to deliver omnichannel solutions that enhance the customer booking and engagement journey.
  • Design and implement a MarTech roadmap, integrating tools such as CDPs, analytics, automation, and CRM to support marketing strategies and drive ROI.
  • Use technology to create seamless bridges between marketing activation and guest experience delivery, supporting conversion and loyalty.
MARKETING AUTOMATION (Expanded)
  • Oversee the integration of MarTech platforms (e.g., marketing automation, CDP, personalization engines) into the data and CRM ecosystem.
  • Define and implement KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness, attribution, and campaign performance.
  • Leverage marketing technologies to deliver targeted messaging, audience segmentation, and real-time personalization.
  • Work cross-functionally to optimize resource allocation and campaign execution through automated, data-driven processes.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS (Additions)
Experience
Essential:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in MarTech, e-commerce, and travel technology.
  • Proven capability in OTA (Online Travel Agency) platform development and travel distribution systems.
  • Strong track record of detailed technical systems development.
  • Ability to demonstrate skill and experience in data and analytics field required.
  • Advanced degree or certification in digital strategy, digital innovation, technology management, digital transformation, data and analytics  or cybersecurity is preferred.
Years of Experience:
  • 12+ years of experience in IT, digital strategy, or technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.
  • Demonstrated leadership in building or scaling online travel agency platforms or travel e-commerce ecosystems.
  • Proven track record in leading digital transformation initiatives, implementing and maintaining ticketing systems, point-of-sale systems, travel distribution systems, content management systems, e-commerce platforms, data and analytics platforms, and CRM/database management.
  • Experience managing large-scale technology projects, including project planning, vendor management, and budget oversight.
  • Strong background in cybersecurity, data privacy, and compliance within a corporate setting.
