A public sector organisation focused on improving digital services and enabling efficient collaboration across institutions. The organisation is driving initiatives to enhance data consistency, interoperability, and information sharing to support better service delivery and decision-making. They are currently seeking a Business Analyst to contribute to these transformation efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Support the alignment of data and information structures across systems and stakeholders
- Contribute to high-level and conceptual data and information modelling activities
- Act as a bridge between business needs and structured data requirements
- Support digital transformation initiatives, improving interoperability and collaboration
- Contribute to process improvement and optimisation across teams and organisations
- Facilitate communication and alignment between business and technical stakeholders
Qualifications and Skills:
- 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into structured models
- Affinity with or initial experience in conceptual data or information modelling
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
- Native or near-native Dutch proficiency (C2 level) is mandatory
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent through experience)
