Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day delivery and operations for assigned client accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand and meet their needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth account operations and performance.
- Assist in budget management and cost control for client accounts.
- Define and track key performance metrics in alignment with organizational goals.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and growth within client accounts.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of industry experience, including at least 3 years in a similar role.
- Proven expertise in account delivery, strategic planning, and client relationship management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Continuous learner with awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies.
