Command Center and Service Management Lead (m/f/d)

A major organization operating in a complex and highly regulated environment is seeking a Command Center and Service Management Lead to oversee 24/7 operational performance, strengthen service continuity, and drive excellence across enterprise-wide IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead 24/7 Command Center operations, ensuring full visibility of IT services and effective coordination during critical events.
• Oversee incident and problem management processes, ensuring rapid response, structured escalation, and high-quality root-cause analysis.
• Guide and govern change management activities to ensure proper planning, risk assessment, and operational readiness.
• Supervise IT asset and configuration management activities, maintaining accuracy and compliance across the asset lifecycle.
• Monitor and report service performance against SLAs and OLAs, recommending improvements to reduce service disruptions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing monitoring, automation, and operational maturity while mentoring Command Center teams.


Qualifications:
• 10+ years of experience in IT operations or service management, including leadership experience in Command Center environments.
• Strong expertise in incident, problem, change, asset, and service level management frameworks.
• Ability to lead during crises with calm decision?making and clear communication.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder?management skills across technical and business teams.
• Familiarity with enterprise monitoring and ITSM practices within highly regulated sectors.
• Professional certifications in service management, operational resilience, or related domains are an advantage.
