D365 F&O Finance Functional Lead (m/f/d)

A global technology and business services organization delivering large‑scale digital transformation initiatives across various industries. The company is seeking a Finance Functional Lead to support major finance transformation programs and ensure strong governance, compliance, and operational excellence within enterprise finance functions.
Responsibilities:
• Lead finance transformation initiatives, including process analysis, solution design, and optimization of end‑to‑end finance operations.
• Oversee functional implementation of core finance modules such as payables, receivables, general ledger, fixed assets, budgeting, and tax.
• Ensure full compliance with international financial reporting standards and regional regulatory requirements.
• Drive financial reporting enhancements, including statutory reporting, variance analysis, and reconciliation processes.
• Manage data migration, validation, and integration activities across finance‑related systems.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, stakeholders, and auditors to ensure accurate financial outputs and strong controls.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Strong background in finance and accounting with experience leading enterprise finance transformation initiatives.
• Extensive hands‑on experience in implementing and supporting large-scale financial systems.
• Proficiency in multi‑entity, multi‑currency, and consolidation processes.
• Knowledge of statutory reporting, VAT requirements, reconciliation practices, and financial compliance standards.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including technical, audit, and regulatory stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (CA, CPA, CMA) are an advantage.
