A leading organization within the financial services sector, recognized for its strong focus on digital transformation and customer‑centric solutions. The company is currently seeking a Functional Analyst to support the enhancement of its digital platforms and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable features.
• Validate functional specifications with business stakeholders, technical teams, and architecture groups.
• Break down features into user stories and define releasable sprint increments.
• Create functional analyses that guide development activities.
• Document features and user stories using standard project tools and methodologies.
• Support IT testing through test case preparation, execution, and end‑to‑end validation.

Qualifications and Skills

• 5+ years of experience in functional and/or business analysis.
• Background in financial services, ideally insurance or banking.
• Experience with front‑end design concepts (UX, wireframes, analytics) is an asset.
• Strong affinity with digital solutions and modern information systems.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Fluent in Dutch/English or French/English.
