A large international organization operating in a data‑driven, cloud‑based environment, supporting complex digital and commercial platforms across multiple regions. The organization is continuously enhancing its lead management and data processing capabilities to ensure scalable, efficient, and consistent digital flows across channels.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into scalable, technically feasible solutions supporting end‑to‑end digital lead processing.
• Design and optimize process flows and lead journeys, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and alignment with data architecture principles.
• Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and IT teams, providing technical‑functional guidance and clarity.
• Contribute to data processing strategies, analysing data behaviour, transformations, and pipeline logic.
• Own functional analysis activities from feasibility assessment to solution design, balancing scope, constraints, and delivery timelines.
• Identify optimisation opportunities and proactively propose improvements to existing processes and frameworks.

Qualifications and Skills

• Senior experience as a Functional Analyst or similar role, working at the intersection of business, data, and IT.
• Strong analytical skills with a deep interest in data processing, digital flows, and system behaviour.
• Solid understanding of cloud‑based architectures and data platforms.
• Ability to engage confidently with engineers, architects, and data specialists in technical discussions.
• Hands‑on, autonomous mindset with ownership of analysis and solution design activities.
• Experience working in Agile environments with international and cross‑functional teams.
