IT Functional & Technical Analyst (m/f/d)

We are looking for a consultant with a dual functional and technical skillset to support corporate IT systems within a fast‑paced and transformation‑driven environment.
The role combines business analysis, solution design, and hands‑on support on financial and operational tools, ensuring continuity of daily activities while contributing to larger process optimization initiatives.
The consultant will work closely with Finance, Procurement and Controlling teams, while collaborating with technical teams to improve existing applications and support new digital capabilities.
Responsibilities:
· Ensure continuity of business‑as‑usual activities by providing operational and technical support on existing applications and data flows.
· Analyze current Finance and Procurement processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose optimizations aligned with best practices.
· Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and contribute to technical solution design.
· Participate in end‑to‑end project activities: scoping, design, testing, deployment, documentation, and user support.
· Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication between operations and IT delivery teams.
· Collaborate cross‑functionally to support strategic transformation initiatives and process standardization across corporate functions.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Solid understanding of corporate processes such as Finance, Accounting, Costing, Procurement, Budgeting or Reporting.
· Ability to model processes, map workflows, and propose improvements aligned with business expectations.
· Comfortable working with operational teams to resolve issues, clarify requirements and prioritize enhancements.
· Awareness of regulatory or compliance constraints in corporate environments (industry agnostic).
