Non-Functional Test Coordinator (m/f/d)
A leading European public-sector organization focused on delivering large‑scale digital systems and infrastructure. The institution is seeking a Performance Testing Specialist to support its quality assurance initiatives and ensure the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of mission‑critical applications.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain an end‑to‑end performance testing strategy for complex software and hardware systems.
- Prepare and update performance test plans, scripts, and test data for identified scenarios.
- Execute performance tests including load, stress, endurance, and capacity testing.
- Analyze system behavior across CPU, memory, network, and database layers to identify bottlenecks and performance issues.
- Review test results, produce performance reports, and recommend improvements to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve performance issues and establish best practices for robust testing.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 6 years of experience in performance testing across software and hardware environments.
- Strong expertise in test planning, estimation, strategy, workload design, and defect management.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and identify issues such as memory leaks, connection failures, and system bottlenecks.
- Experience working across the full software development lifecycle in international or multicultural environments.
- Strong documentation and presentation skills for communicating findings and recommendations.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills when working with development and QA teams.
