The institution is seeking a Performance Testing Specialist to support its quality assurance initiatives and ensure the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of mission‑critical applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an end‑to‑end performance testing strategy for complex software and hardware systems.
• Prepare and update performance test plans, scripts, and test data for identified scenarios.
• Execute performance tests including load, stress, endurance, and capacity testing.
• Analyze system behavior across CPU, memory, network, and database layers to identify bottlenecks and performance issues.
• Review test results, produce performance reports, and recommend improvements to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve performance issues and establish best practices for robust testing.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 6 years of experience in performance testing across software and hardware environments.
• Strong expertise in test planning, estimation, strategy, workload design, and defect management.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and identify issues such as memory leaks, connection failures, and system bottlenecks.
• Experience working across the full software development lifecycle in international or multicultural environments.
• Strong documentation and presentation skills for communicating findings and recommendations.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills when working with development and QA teams.
