Operations Executive (m/f/d)

A large, fast-paced organization is seeking an Operations Executive to support end-to-end operational activities across multiple functions. The role ensures smooth coordination between internal teams, vendors, and new joiners while maintaining operational readiness, compliance, and overall business continuity.
Responsibilities:
• Manage coordination with vendors and internal teams for recruitment operations, including candidate submissions, interview scheduling, documentation collection, and process tracking.
• Support onboarding activities by raising service requests, arranging workspace and access, and ensuring new joiners receive a seamless day one experience.
• Liaise with procurement teams to support vendor onboarding, contract processing, compliance, and purchase order tracking.
• Work closely with finance teams on invoicing, cost approvals, and vendor payment follow-ups.
• Assist IT and facilities teams with access management, equipment provisioning, and operational logistics.
• Maintain trackers, dashboards, and reports, ensuring accurate operational and workforce documentation.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, operations, or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment operations, vendor management, HR operations, or administrative functions.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Procurement, IT, Facilities, and Finance.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational abilities in fast-moving environments.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and execution focus.
