OT Lead Threat Hunter (m/f/d)
A leading cybersecurity services provider specializing in advanced threat detection, incident response, and cyber resilience solutions. The organization is seeking an OT Lead Threat Hunter to strengthen its cyber defence capabilities and support clients in proactively identifying and mitigating threats across complex Operational Technology (OT) environments.
Responsibilities:
• Lead proactive threat hunting activities across OT environments to identify malicious activity, vulnerabilities, and signs of compromise.
• Conduct in-depth investigations of events of interest, analyze root causes, and recommend remediation actions.
• Enhance detection capabilities by tuning and developing SIEM use cases and security control configurations.
• Evaluate and integrate new cybersecurity tools, processes, and threat hunting methodologies.
• Perform vulnerability discovery, attack simulation, and ethical hacking assessments to identify weaknesses.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and escalate incidents appropriately to incident response teams.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Strong experience in OT environments, systems, and networks, including exposure to OT security tools.
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to assess complex data, identify threats, and deliver actionable insights.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently under pressure.
• Minimum 8+ years’ experience in information security within large-scale IT environments, including at least 5 years as a Threat Hunter.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., SANS OT, IEC/ISA, or similar) are an advantage.
