A leading technology-driven organization specializing in advanced data storage and infrastructure solutions. They are currently seeking a PowerScale Administrator to strengthen their technical operations and enhance customer environments.

Responsibilities
•     Administer and configure PowerScale clusters, including node and access management
•     Provide expert support for OneFS, Isilon, and Big Data environments, including upgrades and troubleshooting
•     Analyze customer environments and design effective migration solutions
•     Recommend system enhancements based on new software releases and performance insights
•     Monitor and assess cluster performance using PowerScale tools
•     Collaborate closely with customers to understand requirements and deliver tailored technical support

Qualifications and Skills
•     Expert-level knowledge of PowerScale technologies, including OneFS and Isilon
•     Strong understanding of PowerScale cluster architecture and installation processes
•     Proven ability to analyze environments and design migration or optimization solutions
•     Experience with PowerScale monitoring and performance analysis tools
•     Strong communication and collaboration skills for customer-facing interactions
•     Advanced troubleshooting abilities with attention to detail and adherence to procedures
