Procurement Consultant (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Procurement Consultant.
You will operate within a multicultural, European procurement team and work closely with internal partners such as legal, finance and business stakeholders, external suppliers and service providers, cross‑country contacts in a matrix organisation
The environment is collaborative, fast‑moving and results‑oriented, with a strong emphasis on partnership and accountability rather than hierarchy.
Responsibilities:
· Execute sourcing and procurement activities for assigned service categories, from requirement definition to supplier selection
· Manage supplier interactions, negotiations and contract‑related topics in coordination with internal stakeholders
· Support supplier performance reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
· Analyse spend, cost and performance data to support strategic and operational decisions
· Ensure procurement processes comply with internal governance, policies and sustainability principles
· Collaborate with cross‑functional and international teams in a dynamic business environment
Qualifications and Skills:
· Solid experience in direct or indirect procurement, preferably within services or commercial environments
· Strong negotiation and contract management capabilities
· Analytical mindset with the ability to work confidently with data and procurement tools
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
· High level of autonomy, adaptability and problem‑solving ability
· Full professional proficiency in English
