Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to define roadmaps, launch features, and deliver solutions that drive customer value and business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and differentiation.
- Develop 12-month strategic roadmaps with measurable outcomes and prioritisation rationale.
- Maintain and share product roadmaps balancing customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
- Translate strategic initiatives into quarterly and sprint-level plans with success metrics.
- Prioritise features using frameworks like RICE, Value vs. Effort, and Jobs to Be Done.
Requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of managing products through the full lifecycle, from ideation to launch and optimisation.
- Experience managing multiple products or product portfolios.
- Demonstrated success with mid-market customers, focusing on retention and growth.
- Proficient in product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Miro, Productboard, etc.).
- Strong analytical mindset, comfortable interpreting data and generating insights.
- Familiarity with product analytics, user research methods, and experimentation frameworks.
