Scrum Kanban Master (m/f/d)

A leading international organization undergoing a large‑scale digital transformation is seeking an experienced Agile practitioner to guide and support Identity & Access Management (IDAM) squads. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening Agile delivery, enhancing team performance, and maturing Kanban practices across multiple squads.
Responsibilities
• Coach Agile teams to become self‑organizing and cross‑functional while adopting practices that improve delivery efficiency.
• Facilitate key Agile ceremonies, including refinement sessions, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support teams in task identification, estimation, progress tracking, demos, and continuous improvement activities.
• Remove impediments by managing stakeholder expectations, resolving conflicts, and mitigating risks related to dependencies and testing environments.
• Analyze team performance metrics such as throughput, cycle time, and Agile maturity to drive improvements.
• Lead the implementation and continuous enhancement of Kanban practices across IDAM squads and mentor other Scrum Masters.
Qualifications and Skills
• 3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with relevant certifications such as PSK.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and facilitation skills with the ability to drive outcomes and overcome resistance.
• Proven problem‑solving capabilities, including root‑cause analysis and solution design.
• Adaptability in fast‑changing environments, with the ability to reprioritize and think creatively.
• Strong coaching abilities to upskill teams and fellow Scrum Masters.
• Professional‑level English proficiency.
Preferred Skills
• Advanced Scrum Master certifications such as CSP or PSM.
• Ability to understand technical concepts relevant to the team’s work.
• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity and IAM principles.
