Scrum Master (m/f/d)

A global technology and consulting organization providing digital transformation services and agile delivery expertise. The company is seeking a Scrum Master to support and enhance team performance through effective facilitation of Agile frameworks.
Responsibilities
• Organize and facilitate daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and sprint planning sessions.
• Assist with implementing Scrum frameworks and Agile principles across the team.
• Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth progress and delivery.
• Facilitate discussions, decision‑making, and conflict resolution within the team.
• Monitor project progress and performance, providing updates to stakeholders.
• Support backlog grooming and ensure alignment between the team, product goals, and priorities.
Qualifications and Skills
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master within a software development environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, problem‑solving, and servant‑leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with software development processes; knowledge of AI or GenAI is a plus.
• Experience using Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
