Senior AI / LLM Engineer (m/f/d)

We are supporting a client on a strategic initiative focused on building LLM‑driven applications and are looking for a Senior AI / Software Engineer to join the project in France.
The consultant will be responsible for the design, development, and deployment of AI‑powered backend solutions, integrating large language models into secure, production‑grade environments.

Responsibilities:
·  Design and develop backend applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs)
·  Build and maintain LLM‑driven architectures (agents, workflows, RAG, orchestration)
·  Use frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph to implement intelligent pipelines
·  Integrate AI solutions into secure, scalable, and compliant production environments
·  Ensure high standards of performance, reliability, and maintainability
·  Contribute to technical architecture and design discussions
·  Work closely with cross‑functional teams (product, data, security, business stakeholders)
·  Translate business requirements into robust and compliant backend solutions

Qualifications and Skills:
·  Senior software engineer with strong experience in Python development
·  Proven hands‑on experience building LLM‑based applications in production
·  Solid understanding of security, compliance, and performance constraints
·  Experience in regulated environments is a strong plus (banking or financial services preferred)
·  Able to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with diverse teams
·  Strong communication and technical design skills
