SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST (m/f/d)

We are looking for a senior Business Analyst. The role focuses on analyzing business and regulatory needs, supporting existing applications, and ensuring that regulatory obligations are properly addressed within defined timelines. You will work closely with business users, compliance teams, and IT contributors to support day‑to‑day activities and ongoing system evolutions linked to regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
· Act as a functional liaison between business users, compliance teams, and IT stakeholders
· Analyze regulatory and compliance requirements and assess their impact on systems and processes
· Review and qualify incoming business requests related to regulatory obligations
· Support the evolution, maintenance, and alignment of applications used for compliance and reporting
· Contribute to cross‑functional initiatives by bringing functional and regulatory expertise
· Ensure accurate documentation and support adherence to regulatory deadlines
Qualifications and Skills:
· Senior‑level experience as a Business Analyst in a regulatory or compliance‑driven environment
· Strong knowledge of compliance topics and regulatory reporting constraints
· Ability to translate regulatory requirements into clear functional specifications
· Experience working with multiple applications and complex data flows
· Strong coordination, analytical, and time‑management skills
· Professional fluency in English and French
