Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Senior ITSM Developer to join our client’s technology team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing and enhancing Major Incident Management and Change Management processes, building robust integrations, and delivering scalable ITSM solutions aligned with ITIL best practices.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and optimize Major Incident Management (MIM) and Change Management processes in alignment with ITIL frameworks
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations with third‑party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and middleware
  • Configure and manage workflow automation, scripting, SLAs/OLAs, notifications, and ensure upgrade‑safe configurations
  • Translate functional and business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions
  • Collaborate closely with architects, process owners, and cross‑functional stakeholders
  • Support release management, solution documentation, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure platform stability, performance, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices

  1. 3+ years of hands‑on experience with ServiceNow integrations
  2. Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM modules
  3. Proven experience implementing Major Incident Management and Change Management
  4. Solid experience integrating with third‑party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
  5. Hands‑on knowledge of webhooks and middleware platforms

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience
  • Strong experience with ServiceNow integrations and automation
  • In‑depth understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM best practices
  • Experience with workflow scripting, SLAs/OLAs, notifications, and system upgrades
  • Strong problem‑solving, documentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in enterprise and complex IT environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS – ITSM or equivalent)
  • Experience in regulated or large‑scale enterprise environments
  • Exposure to DevOps or continuous improvement practices
  • Experience working in KSA or GCC enterprise environments
