Responsibilities
• Provide technical leadership in designing and implementing AI‑driven chatbot solutions using generative and agent‑based AI frameworks.
• Mentor and support AI engineers, fostering continuous learning and technical excellence within the team.
• Establish and maintain best practices in coding, system design, testing, and deployment of AI systems.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Ensure high standards of system quality, scalability, and reliability through code reviews and rigorous testing.
• Oversee project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client technical objectives.
Qualifications and Skills
• Proven expertise in developing AI solutions using generative AI models and architectures.
• Hands‑on experience with agent‑based AI systems and multi‑agent orchestration workflows.
• Strong proficiency with conversational frameworks and context‑management protocols in AI deployments.
• Advanced Python programming skills, including practical use of AI and ML libraries.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities within technical engineering teams.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying complex AI concepts to diverse stakeholders.
