UAEN - Business Development Manager - AI & SaaS (m/f/d)

The Opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development - to join our team. This role involves developing and nurturing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and expanding our presence in the UAE and GCC market. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategies and innovative ideas to drive business growth, managing high-value contracts, and establishing and maintaining key partnerships. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate with internal teams to develop new use cases and products, ensuring we remain at the forefront of the AI and technology sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Functional
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and influencers, across the UAE and GCC market.
- Drive new business opportunities and expand market share through effective networking and relationship-building.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
- Work on strategies and initiatives across several verticals to foster growth and market expansion.
- Oversee strategic partnerships, negotiate high-value contracts, and develop pricing models to achieve optimal business outcomes and drive sustained growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market developments, particularly in AI and technology, to identify new business opportunities
- Comply with QHSE (Quality Health Safety and Environment), Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance Management and Governance of Organizations policies, procedures, plans and related risk assessments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business operations, Information Technology or equivalent field.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Must be UAEN
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, ideally with a background in consultancy firms or technology companies in the UAE or GCC.
- Strong network across the UAE and GCC region, with the ability to leverage this network to drive business growth. Candidates from UAE with an excellent network – preferred
- Passion for AI and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ideally, you’ll also need
- In-depth domain knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional persuasion and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated project management skills and a love of getting things done, no matter the circumstances.
- Intricate familiarity with procurement processes.
- Proven track record of large-scale enterprise sales to government or commercial institutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas rapidly and compellingly to a variety of audiences.
