Your Responsibilities:
- Define and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with ambitious growth targets.
- Own brand positioning, messaging, and go‑to‑market strategy across all product lines and customer segments.
- Drive market expansion initiatives as the company deepens its footprint within Saudi Arabia’s 600,000+ organizations and expands regionally.
- Partner with the CEO and executive leadership team to shape overall company strategy and business development priorities.
- Champion customer insights and market intelligence to inform the product roadmap and broader business decisions.
- Build and scale a predictable demand‑generation engine that delivers qualified pipeline for SME, enterprise, and public sector segments.
- Own revenue targets and marketing‑attributed pipeline goals, collaborating closely with Sales to optimize conversion.
- Develop integrated campaigns across digital, content, events, and partnerships that resonate with HR leaders in Saudi Arabia.
- Leverage the company’s market position to amplify thought leadership and strengthen brand presence.
- Drive product‑led growth initiatives and continuously optimize the self‑serve acquisition funnel.
- Establish the company as the category‑defining HR tech brand in Saudi Arabia and the broader region.
- Craft compelling narratives around the mission to digitally transform HR management and empower organizations.
- Lead PR strategy and media relations to maximize visibility for growth milestones, product launches, and thought leadership activities.
- Oversee all external communications, including website, social media, content, and brand creative.
- Build strategic partnerships with industry associations, government entities, accelerators, and co‑working communities.
- Define positioning, messaging, and packaging for an evolving product suite (Core HR, Payroll, Attendance, Talent Management, Fintech solutions).
- Lead go‑to‑market execution for new product launches and major feature releases.
- Develop customer case studies, vertical‑specific messaging, and sales enablement materials.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to uncover market opportunities and inform product strategy.
- Drive customer adoption and engagement strategies across a base of more than 4,500 organizations.
- Build the marketing technology stack, processes, and reporting infrastructure to enable data‑driven decision making.
- Establish clear KPIs, attribution models, and ROI frameworks for all marketing initiatives.
- Optimize marketing spend allocation and customer acquisition cost (CAC) across channels.
- Implement marketing automation, CRM integrations, and best‑practice lead‑management processes.
- Build, mentor, and scale a world‑class marketing team across all key disciplines.
- Foster a culture of experimentation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Develop talent and create clear career pathways for team members.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Engineering teams.
- 8-12+ years in B2B marketing leadership roles, with at least 4+ years leading marketing teams
- Proven experience scaling SaaS or technology companies through high-growth phases (50%+ annual growth)
- Deep expertise across the full marketing mix: brand, demand gen, product marketing, content, PR, events, digital
- Track record of building predictable pipeline and hitting aggressive revenue targets in partnership with Sales
- Experience marketing to SME and/or enterprise segments, ideally with multi-segment GTM strategies
- Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decisions and optimize performance
