Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage enterprise IT infrastructure operations, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance across OS platforms, storage systems, databases, virtualization, and networking.
- Implement and maintain backup technologies, monitoring systems, and automation tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute infrastructure strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with security best practices and operational standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and mentor team members to enhance technical capabilities.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 10 years of IT infrastructure experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Hands-on expertise in OS platforms (Windows Server, Linux, AIX), storage systems, databases, virtualization, and OpenShift.
- Familiarity with backup technologies, monitoring tools, and automation solutions.
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage complex infrastructure environments.
- Solid understanding of networking and enterprise security practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
- in fast-paced environments and deliver under tight timelines.
