Key Requirements
Core Responsibilities
- Location: Currently based in the UAE (Candidates currently in KSA willing to relocate will also be considered).
- Availability: Immediate joiners
- Experience: Proven track record leading Federal Government technology projects in the Middle East.
- Tools, systems, and innovations such as AI, cybersecurity, digital transformations, and data networking
- Project Scale: Must have successfully managed/delivered projects with a minimum value of AED 30 Million ($10M USD) in the Middle East.
- Expertise: Deep understanding of government procurement, stakeholder management, and technology infrastructure within the ME public sector.
Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Establish and evolve PMO frameworks, ensuring all federal technology projects align with organizational and national objectives.
- Portfolio Management: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of high-value projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Stakeholder Excellence: Act as the primary point of contact for senior government officials and federal entities, managing expectations and fostering collaborative partnerships.
- Governance & Compliance: Implement rigorous project governance, risk management, and reporting structures tailored to government standards.
- Team Mentorship: Lead and scale a high-performing team of project managers, driving a culture of accountability and successful delivery.
