Enterprise Apps Specialist (KERNO)
Department: Internal IT
FTE: 1 Special
Notes: — Siemens, Focus on Manufacturing systems.
MES is mandatory, ERP solution.

Key Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing and supporting ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Strong understanding of enterprise application lifecycle, including deployment, upgrades, and maintenance
• Ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into effective application solutions
• Familiarity with integration frameworks, APIs, and middleware for connecting enterprise applications
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a focus on system reliability and user experience

Educational Background & Experience 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
• Certifications in ERP/MES systems or project management are an advantage
• 5–7 years of Experience (ERP/MES/PLM lifecycle management and vendor coordination)

Key Responsibilities & Impact

• Manage and optimize enterprise applications, ensuring high availability and performance
• Collaborate with business units to identify application needs and implement solutions that improve operational efficiency
• Provide user training and support, enabling effective utilization of enterprise systems
• Monitor application performance, conduct regular audits, and implement security and compliance measures
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance application functionality and user satisfaction
