A leading technology-driven organisation specialising in large-scale, mission‑critical software solutions for enterprise environments. The company supports complex digital transformation initiatives and partners with major corporations across sectors such as energy, high‑tech manufacturing, and data services. They are currently seeking a Senior Full‑Stack Java Developer to strengthen their development capabilities and contribute to building high‑performance, scalable systems. This is a remote/hybrid role and it is essential you have strong Dutch language skills.

Responsibilities

Design & Develop Software Solutions:
Create high‑quality backend and frontend components using modern Java-based frameworks and contemporary JavaScript tools.

Architect & Optimize Systems:
Analyze, design, and optimize system architectures, ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability across complex ecosystems.

Collaborate in Agile Teams:
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams following Agile/Scrum methodologies to deliver iterative and continuous value.

Advise Stakeholders:
Engage with clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions, offering expert guidance and identifying potential risks or improvements.

Drive Technical Direction:
Contribute to defining development standards, best practices, and the overall technical approach for projects. 

Own Your Professional Growth:
Select assignments based on your skills and ambitions, including microservices, cloud-native development, or domain‑specific challenges.

Qualifications & Skills

Extensive Java Expertise:
5+ years of experience in Java development with strong knowledge of Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, and related backend frameworks.

Frontend Development Skills:
Experience with Angular, React, and TypeScript to deliver modern, responsive front‑end applications.

Cloud & DevOps Knowledge:
Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift, and cloud environments such as AWS or Azure.

Agile Mindset:
Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. 

Strong Communication:
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively while engaging effectively with stakeholders and teams.
