Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs, challenges, and operational processes
• Analyze, challenge, and translate business requirements into clear functional specifications
• Design functional solutions for monitoring, reporting, workflows, and user journeys
• Support Agile delivery by contributing to backlog refinement, sprint planning, and prioritization
• Validate solutions during testing phases and support user acceptance activities
• Maintain high-quality documentation and proactively identify process and usability improvements

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in functional or business analysis within digital or data-driven initiatives
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with the ability to structure complex requirements
• Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable functional designs
• Professional proficiency in English
