To lead and oversee the company's General Services function, ensuring the efficient, safe, compliant, and service-oriented delivery of facilities management, office administration, workplace services, transportation, and related operational support activities in alignment with organizational standards, business requirements, and operational priorities.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Public Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is required.
  • A relevant professional certification in facilities management, health and safety, procurement, or administration will be considered an advantage.
  • Additional training or certifications in workplace services, vendor management, business continuity, or customer service will be considered a strong asset.
  • A minimum of 8 to 10 years of progressive professional experience in general services, facilities management, administration, workplace operations, or related support functions is required.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of managerial experience with direct accountability for service delivery, team leadership, vendor coordination, and operational planning is required.
  • Demonstrated experience in overseeing facilities, office administration, transportation, maintenance coordination, and related workplace support services is essential.
  • Proven success in budget monitoring, service provider management, process improvement, compliance oversight, and maintaining high standards of service delivery across support operations is required.
  • Experience within the UAE and familiarity with service-oriented, government-related, or corporate operating environments will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities 
  • General Services Strategy, Planning, and Operational Oversight - Lead the planning, organization, and oversight of day-to-day general services operations, ensuring that facilities, administration, office support, transportation, and workplace services are delivered efficiently, safely, and in full alignment with organizational requirements and service standards.
  • Facilities, Maintenance, and Workplace Services Management - Oversee the provision of facilities and workplace services, including maintenance coordination, space readiness, office services, housekeeping, and related operational support, in order to maintain a safe, functional, and professional working environment.
  • Vendor, Contract, and Compliance Oversight - Manage third-party service providers and associated contracts, monitor service quality and cost-effectiveness, and ensure adherence to organizational policies, safety requirements, and applicable administrative procedures.
  • Service Improvement, Budget Management, and Reporting - Monitor operating budgets, track service performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and prepare periodic reports and recommendations to support informed decision-making, cost control, and the continuous enhancement of service delivery.
  • Team Leadership and Stakeholder Engagement - Lead, develop, and guide the General Services team; coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and external service providers; and ensure the delivery of responsive, high-quality support services that meet business requirements and contribute to a positive workplace experience.
