Linux-AIX-Container Jr Lead (m/f/d)

A major organization operating within a complex enterprise technology environment is seeking a Linux/AIX/Container Junior Lead to support platform administration, infrastructure stability, and operational excellence across mission critical systems.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and support Unix based infrastructure platforms, ensuring stability, performance, and adherence to operational best practices.
• Contribute to automation of deployments, patching, and configuration management to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Support performance analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause investigations for system-related incidents.
• Participate in disaster recovery readiness activities and high?availability testing.
• Assist in executing infrastructure projects, maintaining documentation, and supporting compliance requirements.
• Provide operational support for infrastructure services, responding to issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux environments and familiarity with systems engineering principles.
• Experience with automation, scripting, and infrastructure lifecycle activities.
• Understanding of hybrid infrastructure, system hardening, and operational monitoring practices.
• Ability to analyze technical issues, document findings, and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 6+ years of experience in infrastructure or systems-related roles.
• Relevant industry certifications and familiarity with containerization concepts are advantageous.
