A leading international organization undergoing a major digital and operational transformation. The company is committed to modernizing its Finance function through enhanced processes, optimized workflows, and large‑scale change initiatives. They are seeking a Program Manager to drive a strategic Finance Transformation programme across a multi‑entity environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a complex, multi‑stream Finance transformation programme from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Drive end‑to‑end business process standardization while balancing global frameworks with local operational requirements.
• Oversee the evolution of a diverse technology and systems landscape, ensuring coherent integration across Finance functions.
• Establish and maintain strong governance structures, including planning, dependency tracking, risk mitigation, and decision‑making processes.
• Translate strategic ambitions into actionable roadmaps, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Act as a key change agent by supporting stakeholder engagement, adoption activities, and organizational readiness.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience delivering large‑scale transformation programmes as a Senior Project Manager or Program Manager, ideally within Finance or similar corporate functions.
• Strong knowledge of process standardization, digital transformation, and enterprise‑wide change in international environments.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and manage senior stakeholders across geographies.
• Structured, delivery‑driven mindset with the flexibility to adapt in fast‑moving environments.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence without formal authority.
• Fluency in English and in Dutch is mandatory
