SDR (Sales Development Represetive) (m/f/d)
Sales Development Representative (SDR) – UK (Remote)
Salary £50,000 - £60,000 + Commission (DOE)
A well-established & fast-growing digital agency is expanding its UK sales team and hiring a Strategic SDR to support pipeline growth across DXP and AI-driven digital optimisation solutions.
This is a high-impact, early-stage role where you’ll work closely with senior sales leadership to generate and qualify opportunities for complex digital transformation projects. Your focus is on quality pipeline creation & qualifying leads.

Occasional travel (UK & international)
What You’ll Do
-
Run introduction calls (phone/video) with inbound and outbound prospects
-
Qualify opportunities (budget, need, timeline, stakeholders)
-
Engage senior decision-makers (Digital, E-commerce, Marketing leaders)
-
Execute ABM and outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, phone)
-
Use tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo
-
Maintain accurate pipeline data and reporting
-
Handoff qualified opportunities to the UK Sales Director
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
-
2–4 years in SDR, B2B sales, or business development
-
Strong call handling and discovery skills
-
Confident communicator with senior stakeholders
-
Experience using CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot)
-
Self-starter who can work remotely and manage their own pipeline
-
UK-based with the right to work
Desirable:
-
Experience in digital, SaaS, or tech services
-
Familiarity with DXP, CMS, e-commerce, or martech
-
Experience selling CMS (Content Management System) solutions
-
Exposure to ABM or outbound prospecting tools
-
Understanding of AI/personalisation in digital
