Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager (m/f/d)
A large international organization operating in a highly regulated environment and undergoing continuous business and organizational transformation. The organization is seeking a senior Total Rewards leader to design, evolve, and govern global reward frameworks aligned with long‑term business strategy and market expectations.
Responsibilities:
· Lead the design and evolution of the global reward strategy, ensuring fairness, competitiveness, transparency, and strategic alignment
· Develop and implement modern, human‑centered Total Rewards programs integrating personalization, flexibility, and well‑being
· Act as an internal center of expertise on compensation, benefits, variable pay, mobility, and regulatory compliance
· Lead complex reward cycles, including compensation reviews and incentive schemes, ensuring alignment with regulatory frameworks
· Drive data‑driven decision‑making through advanced analytics, scenario modelling, and reward cost forecasting
· Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and social partners on sensitive and strategic reward‑related matters
Qualifications and Skills:
· Extensive experience (10+ years) in compensation & benefits within financial services or similarly regulated sectors
· Strong expertise in global reward methodologies, processes, and best practices in Total Rewards design
· Proven ability to design and deploy competitive compensation and benefits programs for diverse employee populations
· Demonstrated experience navigating regulatory, compliance, and disclosure requirements
· Strong strategic thinking combined with hands‑on execution and attention to detail
· Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills in complex environments
