Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design for multiple digital products, from concept to implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, scope, and roadmap.
- Conduct user research and co-creation sessions to inform design decisions.
- Create prototypes and design user journeys, systems, and interfaces that deliver seamless experiences.
- Ensure design consistency and scalability through contribution to design systems.
- Balance speed and quality to deliver impactful solutions efficiently.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 5+ years of product design experience, ideally with complex or innovative products.
- Strong ability to take ideas from discovery to polished design execution.
- Proficiency with modern design tools and component-based systems.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills for workshops and user sessions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Curiosity about emerging technologies and design trends.
