A leading organization within a complex and rapidly evolving technology environment is seeking a Senior Programme Manager to oversee large scale programmes and multiple interdependent projects. The role focuses on delivering strategic initiatives, strengthening governance, and ensuring successful outcomes across business-critical programmes.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage major programmes and multiple projects, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Establish and uphold programme governance, policies, and reporting frameworks in alignment with organizational standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, customers, and partners to support programme success.
• Oversee programme level financial management, risk and opportunity assessments, resource planning, and change control processes.
• Provide leadership to cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment, performance, and effective resolution of issues.
• Contribute to strategic planning and business development initiatives, supporting long-term organizational objectives.
Qualifications and Skills:
• 10–15 years of experience in IT services or technology-driven environments, including at least 4 years in a managerial role.
• Demonstrated ability to design and manage complex project or programme architectures.
• Advanced proficiency in project planning and scheduling, along with experience managing full project lifecycles.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven experience managing programme level financials, risks, resources, and performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with fluency in English and recognized project management qualifications preferred.
