BUSINESS EXPERTISE (company/industry knowledge):
- Minimum 10-15 years overall experience with specific experience in a senior Management role in large multi-national complex Project
- Programme management of diverse project teams and resolving complex project problems whilst managing customer expectations
- Ability to influence at multi-levels within organisations
- People leadership - growth & coaching experience
- Procurement – understanding of frameworks (RFI, RFQ, SoR, SoP, SoW)
- Supply Chain knowledge and relationship management -e.g. inventory planning, demand forecasting
- Exposure to Master Production Scheduling (MPS), and S&OP / IBP frameworks
- Commercial acumen
- Fiscal understanding of areas influencing / impacting programmes – budget, obsolescence, inventory carry-cost
- LCM experience
- Contributor to Lean green belt activities – Kaizen, APQP
- Exposure to engineering activities
- Knowledge and experience of Business with KSA or Middle East and their culture
