Technical Lead – Laboratory Digital Applications (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Technical Lead for laboratory digital applications to support the deployment and evolution of critical systems used in Quality Control laboratories.
The position sits at the intersection of business, digital technology, vendors and validation teams, with a strong focus on solution robustness, compliance and long-term sustainability.

Responsibilities:
- Act as a technical reference for laboratory digital solutions within complex, regulated environments
- Review, challenge and validate technical and functional designs proposed by internal teams or external vendors
- Contribute to the definition of requirements, ensuring alignment between laboratory needs and digital standards
- Support testing, validation and deployment activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory constraints
- Ensure coherence between laboratory systems and surrounding applications (instruments, data flows, reporting, enterprise systems)
- Translate complex technical topics into clear documentation and communication for non-technical stakeholders
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong experience with laboratory informatics solutions (LIMS or similar systems)
- Solid technical and functional understanding (hands-on profile, not purely project management)
- Proven experience in GxP-regulated environments
- Ability to understand complex ecosystems and simplify them for diverse stakeholders
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Strong collaboration skills within international and cross-functional teams
