AI Coach - Expert (m/f/d)
An international organization operating in a complex, regulated environment, supporting large-scale business transformation and innovation initiatives. The organization is currently seeking an AI Coach – Expert to support the adoption of artificial intelligence across its business units and help teams unlock measurable value from AI-driven solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Drive AI adoption across multiple departments by identifying high-impact use cases and supporting proof-of-concept initiatives
- Support change management efforts related to AI and data-driven transformation
- Coach and train teams through hands-on workshops, practical sessions, and continuous guidance
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure shared understanding and alignment
- Promote responsible AI usage in line with governance, compliance, and regulatory frameworks
- Facilitate collaboration and engagement across diverse stakeholder groups
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in data, analytics, or AI-driven environments
- Strong understanding of artificial intelligence and generative AI concepts and use cases
- Proven experience contributing to digital transformation or organizational adoption initiatives
- Excellent facilitation, training, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences
- Fluency in English and French and/or Dutch
