Azure DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain Azure infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code tools and reusable templates.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for Azure workloads, supporting consistent and reliable deployments.
• Embed governance, access control, and security guardrails into delivery processes and pipelines.
• Improve platform reliability and operational maturity through automation and engineering discipline.
• Support application teams with deployments, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization of Azure environments.
• Proactively identify risks and improvement opportunities, maintaining a strong customer and delivery focus.
• Work transparently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams, maintaining accountability for platform quality.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Azure services including Azure DevOps, AKS, App Services, and related tooling.
• Strong background in automation, CI/CD, and cloud operations in Azure environments.
• Understanding of identity, governance, and security principles within Azure.
• Accountability for platform stability, quality, and consistent delivery outcomes.
• Proactive approach to identifying and resolving risks before they impact delivery.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for effective cross-functional engagement.
• Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on automation and delivery excellence.
