Responsibilities

• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams for all T24-related initiatives and enhancements
• Gather, analyse and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications aligned with T24 capabilities
• Work closely with users (operations, front office, compliance, finance) to understand banking processes (accounts, payments, lending, etc.)
• Lead workshops, gap analysis and solution design sessions for T24 modules and integrations
• Support the configuration and customization of T24 in collaboration with technical teams
• Ensure impact analysis on existing systems, interfaces and processes when introducing changes
• Participate in testing phases (SIT, UAT): prepare test cases, validate outputs, and support defect resolution
• Facilitate data migration, system upgrades or transformation programs involving T24
• Produce and maintain documentation (BRDs, FSDs, process flows, user guides)
• Support go-live, post-implementation activities and continuous improvement initiatives

Key Requirements

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst within banking IT environments
• Hands-on experience with Temenos T24 (Transact) – functional knowledge of key modules (e.g. Accounts, Payments, Lending, Customer, Treasury)
• Solid understanding of core banking processes and workflows
• Experience with end-to-end project lifecycle (requirements gathering → delivery → testing → go-live)
• Familiarity with T24 architecture and integration (interfaces, APIs, surrounding systems)
• Good knowledge of SQL, data analysis and system testing practices is a plus
• Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (both business & technical audiences)
• Ability to work in complex, multi-vendor or international environments
• Fluent in English
