Back-end Developer (m/f/d)
A large international public-sector organization operating in a complex, multicultural environment. The organization designs, develops, and maintains large-scale digital platforms that support critical services and requires highly reliable, secure, and scalable systems. It is currently seeking an experienced software professional to support the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-grade applications.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable back-end applications and APIs to support business-critical systems
- Implement core business logic while ensuring security, data protection, and system integrity
- Integrate front-end components with server-side logic and ensure cross-platform optimization
- Participate in software architecture design and contribute to the development of scalable solutions
- Troubleshoot, test, and resolve technical issues while maintaining high code quality and organization
- Produce and maintain clear technical documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong experience in back-end development and enterprise application design
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and service-oriented systems
- Proven ability to work with databases, APIs, and distributed systems
- Experience working in agile environments and collaborating within international teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and code quality
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) with the ability to work in multicultural environments
Education Requirement:
Level 6 of the European Qualifications Framework (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent).
