Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

I'm partnering with a market-leading retailer, backed by a top-tier private equity firm, to find a CFO to lead their next phase of exponential growth. With 15+ branches across Saudi Arabia and a clear mandate to IPO within the next 18 months, this is a rare opportunity to join a high-growth business at a defining moment.

The Role:

• Report directly to the CEO and partner closely with the Board and PE backers.

• Lead the company's financial strategy and drive all aspects of IPO readiness on an accelerated timeline.

• Build a best-in-class finance function capable of operating at public company standards.

• Partner with commercial teams to optimize margins, drive profitability, and support rapid omnichannel expansion.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven financial leadership experience, ideally within high-growth retail or consumer sectors.

• Previous IPO experience is not a prerequisite, however exposure to complex transactions or high-growth scaling is highly valued.

• Must be based in KSA with deep experience in the Saudi market—understanding of local regulations, business practices, and the regional consumer landscape is essential.

• Deep expertise in financial reporting, governance, treasury, and investor relations.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, PE-backed environment and partner strategically with stakeholders.

• Big 4 background combined with in-house experience is highly regarded.
