We are looking for an experienced CRM Platform Manager to support both the current CRM ecosystem and the design of a next‑generation global CRM platform.
The role exists due to an increased operational workload combined with a major platform transformation initiative. The position plays a central role in ensuring CRM capability ownership, data quality, user adoption, and the successful transition toward a future‑proof solution.

Responsibilities:
- Own and manage CRM capabilities across a complex, multi‑regional environment
- Coordinate with business, IT, data and operations teams to gather, align and prioritize requirements
- Ensure CRM data quality, access management and consistency of product visibility for end users
- Maintain and optimize CRM integrations with global customer data sources
- Design and deliver CRM training programs for various user groups, including regional key users
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Contribute actively to the transformation toward the future CRM platform, including process redesign, change preparation and go‑live readiness
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong hands‑on experience with enterprise CRM platforms
- Solid understanding of CRM data processes and data quality management
- Proven ability to work in cross‑functional and international environments
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence without direct authority
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills in complex project landscapes
- Full professional proficiency in English
- Operational mindset combined with a strategic, solution‑oriented approach
