Digital & Devices Quality Consultant (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Quality Consultant to support device, software and digital‑related projects in a regulated environment, within a cross‑functional and international setup.
The role requires a hands‑on profile to manage increasing workload, complex digital solutions and upcoming audits.
Responsibilities:
· Act as the quality point of contact for projects involving devices, digital tools and software‑based solutions
· Perform vendor and solution assessments, ensuring fit‑for‑purpose, compliance and risk control
· Support initiatives involving software‑driven tools, digital platforms or computerized systems
· Collaborate closely with multiple internal stakeholders to align quality, regulatory and business expectations
· Translate technical and regulatory topics into clear, actionable messages for non‑expert audiences
· Contribute to audit and inspection readiness, particularly for digital and technology‑based solutions
· Support the continuous improvement and development of quality processes related to devices and digital initiatives
Qualifications and Skills:
· Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience
· Experience with devices and/or digital technologies in a regulated or quality‑driven environment
· Strong exposure to software‑based or computerized systems
· Experience in vendor qualification, assessments or audits
· Solid understanding of quality and compliance principles
· Ability to work operationally and pragmatically, not only on theory
· Experience contributing to or preparing for audits / inspections
